Focus Home Health Care has been servicing the residents of Fresno, Kings, Madera, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Stanislaus, and Tulare Counties for over 25 years and is a two-time winner of the Home Health Care Elite Award. We offer a wide range of Home Healthcare services that can be administered in the home for those recovering from surgery or dealing with a newly diagnosed or chronic illness.

Focus Home Health Services
Home Health
We provide a unique focus on rehabilitative and chronic disease management programs to our patients in their homes or community settings. We offer a wide range of healthcare services, all of which are uniquely tailored to our patient’s needs. Whether a patient is recovering from surgery or dealing with a newly diagnosed or chronic illness, Focus Home Health is here for you. Our Home Health services include skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, medical social work and in-home aide services. The services provided to you will be determined by your doctor.
